Vibro Compaction
V.C technique is the compaction of loose granular soils by penetration of a vibratory probe,in the lose soil ,also it is called Vibro floatation ,sometimes . The main purpose of Vibro compaction is to increase the density of the in-situ soils by vibration, in order to reduce the post-construction settlement, increase bearing capacity and in seismic areas mitigate the potential for liquefaction. This method is reliable for deep treatment up to 25m depth and appropriate onshore and offshore.
