Environmental Engineer



  • Prepare, review, update, and present reports on issues related to the environment.
  • Responsible for preparing site-specific environmental and regulatory documentation and regularly reviewing and improving such documentation as appropriate.
  • Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide technical support for environmental remediation projects and legal actions.
  • Analyze scientific data and do quality-control checks.
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate environmental expertise and resources are available for environmental management functions.
  • Responsible for delivering appropriate training to the workforce by the Construction Contractor’s CESMP.
  • Preparing and Reviewing daily and weekly environmental reports.
  • Responsible for undertaking and reporting monthly self-assurance audit findings.
  • Provides management support for identifying, correcting, and resolving environmental non-compliance and preventing future recurrences.
  • Implementing waste management and pollution control activities.


  • University graduate degree in environmental engineering/Science or relevant sciences.
  • More than three years of experience in handling Construction projects.
  • Environmental engineer shall have the communication skills to explain plans, specifications, findings, and other information orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Environmental engineer shall have problem-solving skills to identify and anticipate problems and design systems that prevent or mitigate environmental damage.
